- No Formal Income Requirement: The loan committee reviews financial positions when determining eligibility.
- Two Guarantors: Two guarantors are required.
- Case-by-Case Payment Plans: PUAH works directly with couples to create a customized, interest-free payment plan.
3. PUAH "FundMe" Option
Couples can create their own personalized *"FundMe" case* on the PUAH Fertility website to raise much-needed funds from family and friends, within the PUAH framework.
- PUAH Counselors: Each individual *FundMe* campaign is managed by PUAH counselors, who help guide and oversee the fertility treatment process.
- Eligibility: Couples must have medical and rabbinic referrals to be eligible to create their own *FundMe* campaign on the site.
4. PUAH Preferred Network
Partnership with Labs Worldwide: PUAH has partnered with fertility labs around the world to create the *PUAH Preferred Network*.
- Benefits: This partnership offers discounted rates and concierge care for members of the PUAH community.
- Medication Discount Program: PUAH has secured partnerships with pharmacies to provide discounted fertility medications, making essential medications more accessible and affordable for our community.
